Research indicates that a fun, interesting and out of the ordinary fundraising venture brings in more money than any ordinary, boring run-of-the-mill event can. At JUNCTION LANES we understand that planning and executing such a fundraiser can be a time consuming and overwhelming task. That's why we have created our "E-Z BOWLING FUNDRAISING PROGRAM" to help groups and organizations in the NEWNAN-COWETA area that want to bring in extra funds - FAST AND EASY!
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: You schedule a date amd time for your Fundraiser Event with us. Then we will give you all the information on how to set up and sell tickets to your event for a nominal fee, usually @ $15-$20 each. Then you can have each person in your group (players, members) sell a certain number of tickets (usually 10 or 20 each). Give yourself about 2-3 three weeks time to sell the tickets and then before you know it your group is holding its very own private or public BOWLING FUNDRAISING PARTY. A bowling experience no one will ever forget held at JUNCTION LANES.
FEES: Rental price of the bowling facility will vary depending on the type of party you are interested in hosting. The fee for a regular bowling party held on a weekday or weekend afternoon (before 5pm) will cost your group $7.00 per person + tax. This fee will include 3 games of bowling, shoe rental and equipment use. The fee for COSMIC (GLOW) bowling on a Saturday will cost $8.00 per person + tax.
HOW TO HOST: Ther are two ways to host your fundaiser. The first is to schedule your fundraiser for a certain day and time and have all your guests come in together. The other way is a much simpler way in that you give your guests a certain time limit to use their tickets (usually 2 weeks to 30 days). this way they can come in and enjoy themselves at the time they want to and you stil get credit for the event. We only charge you for the tickets that are turned in to us her at the bowling center. If you sell any tickets that are not used then you keep all the money for those tickets!
HERE ARE SOME TYPICAL RESULTS THAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Let's say you have 20 members in your organization and each member sells only 10 tickets at a cost of $15.00 per ticket. This would = 200 tickets sold for a total of $150.00 per member x 20 members that would = $3000.00! Now lest's say all 200 tickets are redeemed at Junction Lanes then your fee to Junction Lanes would be 200 x $7.00 = $1400.00. This would leave your group with a $1600.00 PROFIT! Now let's say only 100 tickets are redeemed. Your fee to Junction Lanes would then be $700.00 and you would PROFIT $2300.00! WOW!
A bowling outing makes the perfect fundraiser! In bowling, you don't have to be good to have fun! Heck, everyone can participate and no on sits on the bench! And because this is an indoor activity, set your mind at ease as there are NO RAINOUTS!
